Refund/Return Policy


Claims for product purchased from the Company (not directly from your physician) and damaged in shipment need to be received within 72 hours of delivery of your product(s), so please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. Any claims must be submitted to info@clearview-thrive.com and must provide details including photo(s) as proof to be considered.

All sales are final and no returns or credits will be issued. However, if the product is not working for you, feel free to contact us to see if there is a way to use it more effectively.
